

Introduction to Knitting 1: Boot Camp
This 4 session crash course, provides all the basic skills for knitting.
Students learn: Casting on, knit & purl stitches, creating patterns with knit & purl, knitting flat and in the round, picking up a knit edge, seaming, fixing mistakes, and reading your knitting.
Students work through a sampler "Boot Camp" cowl, designed to guide students through a course of skills that will give them a solid base of knowledge to launch into the world of knitting.
Class fee does not include supplies:
-2 contrast skeins of Worsted weight yarn (suggested Malabrigo Rios)
-1, 24" circular knitting needle, US size 6

Class Fees & Supplies:
Registration fees secure your spot in the class. Class fees must be paid at least 3 days prior to the first session.
Class supplies are not included in registration fee, and must be purchased through the shop. Students will receive a 10% discount for class supplies.
Cancellation Policy:
Store credit is offered for cancellations up to 7 days before the first session. No refunds or credits are given for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the first class, or for missed sessions. Makeup sessions are offered at the discretion of the instructor.
If class enrollment does not meet the instructor's minimum, the class may be cancelled and students will receive a full refund for the class fee. Students will be notified of class cancelations.
