When will my order ship out? When will my order ship out?

Most orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS is also available.
We will do our best to process your order the same day it comes in, and get it to our local post office within 24 hours.

For delivery in the US a flat rate of $6.90 or $9.90 USD is charged (depending on weight).
Free shipping is given on orders of $100.00 or more.

Outside the US, please contact us for shipping prices for international orders.

Can I return items? Can I return items?

Return of unused items are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Shipping costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

After 30 days, unused items may be returned for store credit only.

Wound yarn.
Books, magazines & patterns.
Items not in their original packaging, or items that have been used (unless defective.)

What are Open Table sessions? What are Open Table sessions?

Three days a week we make space at the shop table for makers to gather. It is a time to share what you are working on, help one another in the making process, or to just be inspired.

All crafts and stashed yarns are welcome at the table.

How are classes and workshops organized? How are classes and workshops organized?

Our classes are structured around learning through the making of a common project. Most classes run in 3 or 4, weekly, 2 hour sessions, and are kept to a maximum of 6 students.

This allows for students to get individual attention while providing opportunities for meeting new friends. Learning in a class setting is also a great way to learn from each other and broadens the experience.

Workshops are single or 2-session events that focus around a specific technique or craft.

Can I get private instruction or help? Can I get private instruction or help?

For those who are looking for individualized instruction, help fixing a project, or consultation on future projects, private sessions can be scheduled with the instructor of your choice. Private lesson fees are for an hour session.

What if I miss a class-workshop-lesson, or need to cancel my registration? What if I miss a class-workshop-lesson, or need to cancel my registration?

Class, workshop, & lesson fees are non refundable unless the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the event. Transferring registration to a future class, or rescheduling a private lesson is at the discretion of the instructor.

We would be happy to place orders for colorways not carried in the shop, or special order out of stock items. Turn around for special orders is 2-4 weeks, depending on the supplier.

What else is there to do in the Habersham Marketplace? What else is there to do in the Habersham Marketplace?

If you are traveling from the surrounding areas of the Low Country for your visit, the Habersham Marketplace is about 15 minutes from Downtown Beaufort. We have a lovely coffee shop, a wine shop that serves charcuterie and deli sandwiches, as well as a good range of great restaurants for lunch and dinner. There are also boutiques for shopping, and the Habersham Creek marsh and river view is about a 10 minute walk from the village.
