All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). 
We will do our best to process your order the same day it comes in, and get it to our local post office within 24 hours.

For delivery in the US flat rate of $6.90 or $9.90 USD (depending on weight) will be applied.
Free shipping is granted on orders of $100.00 or more 

Outside the US, please contact us for shipping prices for international orders.

Returns of unused items are accepted within 30 days of purchase for full refund. 
Shipping costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
After 30 days, unused items may be returned for store credit only. 

Items that may not be returned:
Wound yarn.
Books, magazines & patterns.
Items not in their original packaging, or items that have been used (unless defective.)
