Intro To Tapestry Weaving: Holiday Gnome with April Hartman

MarshWiggle Knitting is so pleased to Welcome guest instructor April Hartman* for a weekend of weaving fun! 

A three hour workshop provides students with a easy and fun way to try tapestry weaving, resulting in an adorable festive gnome for the season! (Or choose coastal colors for an all season gnome!)

Looms, warp, weaving tools, and dowels for hanging are provided by the instructor.

Class supplies must be purchased through the shop. Students will receive a 10% discount on supplies:

1 skein each of 3 colors of Malabrigo Rasta or Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok North

1 yard white roving (avail in the shop)

1 Pom pom maker

Bent Tapestry Needle

Scissors or snips

*April Hartman is a fiber arts educator and visual artist with a focus on knitting, tapestry, and rigid heddle weaving. When she isn’t teaching and creating new classes, she finds joy in collecting sea shells, painting seascapes and sheep (though not necessarily together!), spinning art yarn, and watching kdramas with her daughter and two giant, fluffy dogs - Orla and Finnegan.

Class Fees & Supplies: 

Registration fees secure your spot in the class. Class fees must be paid at least 3 days prior to the first session.  Class supplies are not included in registration fee, and must be purchased through the shop. Students will receive a 10% discount code for class supplies.

Cancellation Policy:

Store credit is offered for cancellations up to 7 days before the first session. No refunds or credits are given for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the first class, or for missed sessions. Makeup sessions are offered at the discretion of the instructor.

If class enrollment does not meet the instructor's minimum, the class may be cancelled and students will receive a full refund for the class fee.  Students will be notified of class cancelations.
