Intro to Crochet: Granny Square Vest with Barbara Wanthal

If you're wanting to learn to crochet, the granny square is always lesson 1. Barbara will guide you through in three easy peasy sessions.

Take this elemental square to the next level and make a fantastic and fun vest.

(If you don't wish to make a vest, there will be options to make a tote bag or pillow instead.)

This quirky vest is made with granny squares.  You can use any kind of granny Square you’d like to.  We will teach a simple granny square in the class, how to connect the squares, and how to put a finished edging on the vest, and how to make closures.

A 10% discount will be applied to class supplies:

Suggested Yarn: Malabrigo Rios or other worsted weight shop yarn.

200g of main color (2 skeins Rios)
200g of other colors, as many or few as you choose.

Class Fees & Supplies: 

Registration fees secure your spot in the class. Class fees must be paid at least 3 days prior to the first session.  Class supplies are not included in registration fee, and must be purchased through the shop. Students will receive a 10% discount code for class supplies.

Cancellation Policy:

Store credit is offered for cancellations up to 7 days before the first session. No refunds or credits are given for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the first class, or for missed sessions. Makeup sessions are offered at the discretion of the instructor.

If class enrollment does not meet the instructor's minimum, the class may be cancelled and students will receive a full refund for the class fee.  Students will be notified of class cancelations.
